Andrew is a Career Transition Coaching Executive. He advises clients who range from mid-managers to "C-Suite" executives in a variety of industries. Andrew is known for focusing on results by providing a roadmap that positions clients for career growth via coaching in the development and use of proactive strategies to communicate marketable value. In particular, he advises clients on the development of targeted career objectives, job search marketing plans, effective interviewing skills and results-oriented resumes. He expects his clients to fully understand the "features and benefits" of their product (themselves) and to understand the needs of their target market(s). Andrew also facilitates Alumni Career Transition "ACT" Teams for UCLA Anderson.
Andrew graduated cum laude from California State University, Fullerton's College of Business and Economics where he received the Arthur Young Award for academic excellence. He is also an ICCI certified Career Management Practitioner.
